Boasting a panoramic view of the Gulf from the furnished balcony as well as vistas of the Mississippi Sound and the Dauphin Island Bridge from the front door and second bedroom window, this sunny and very inviting, top-floor condo is ready to host you and your guests for the perfect beach vacation. You will enjoy various on-site amenities, including a shared Ping-Pong table, a fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, and a tennis court. This home is part of a gated community boasting a covered parking garage and a long boardwalk that makes it a stroll to get out to the beach. Whether observing nesting birds at the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, less than three miles east, or teeing off at the Isle Dauphine Golf Club just a mile away, you will surely create some beautiful memories during your stay. And consider a visit to Dauphin Island's historic Fort Gaines, only three and a half miles away, to explore the early-19th century fortress, visit the museum, and walk on the adjacent beach.
Visiting chefs will feel right at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an extensive selection of spices, and a breakfast bar.
