Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. Alongside the kitchen is a dedicated dining area, at its center is a table with seating up to 6 and surrounded by large windows creating a bright and cozy spot to enjoy breakfast or host a meal. LIVING ROOM: The living room is complete with a sleek Smart TV, a stylish gray sofa that easily converts into a queen-size bed, and two fold-out accent chairs that easily transform into two twin beds—ideal for larger groups or families. A stunning original marble fireplace adds a touch of historic charm, and a door offers added privacy if you choose to use the space for sleeping. SLEEPING AREA: The primary bedroom is spacious featuring a queen bed, matching modern nightstands set with lamps and a white noise sound machine, a dresser and a convenient, dedicated workspace with desk making it easy to catch up on work and emails. A beautifully styled built-in shelf stretches across the wall, great for extra storage. BATHROOM: Across is a bright, well-appointed bathroom that features a large walk-in shower, a modern vanity and an in-unit washer and dryer. THE BUILDING: The apartment is on the 1st floor, yet there are 4 steps into the building and 3 steps into the apartment.
