My cottage was built after WWII. The house has fast internet, laundry facilities, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as an air fryer, instant pot, and rice cooker. Weekly housekeeping is provided and free parking is available in the driveway. You'll find a BBQ for outdoor cooking in the fenced backyard, along with lounge chairs, couches, and tables. My home offers a shared space where you can enjoy making new connections or have complete privacy if that is what you prefer.
I've lived in Los Angeles my entire life and love all the fun things to do in this area. It is important to me that my home is a sanctuary from the outside world. Being friendly, kind, and thoughtful are qualities I admire in others and try to emulate. I love history, estate sale shopping, celebrity gossip, beautiful restaurants, and my rescue dog. You can have all the privacy you want at my house, but I love community and meeting new people as well.
This is in an upscale neighborhood near the iconic Hollywood Sign. The neighborhood feels like a true community, with several hiking trails nearby and easy access to 3 major freeways for commuters. Lake Hollywood, the Wisdom Tree, and Universal Studios are just a mile away.
