This is a true glamping stay—expect small adjustments like using a lighter for the oven or a brief wait for hot water. Guests under 21 must check in with a parent or legal guardian. You’ll choose either a refundable deposit (minus a small fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-In Form: Before receiving check-in instructions, guests must complete a Check-In Form agreeing to our Rental Agreement and House Rules. A photo ID is required and must match the credit card on file. All payments must be completed prior to check-in. No infants. Children 2+ must be listed in guest count. Extra guests over 4: 25 usd per night. Day guests require approval and must leave by 10pm.Pets are not allowed—strictly enforced. No outdoor music at any time. Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. Smoking only outdoors, 15 ft from RV. No candles. 250 usd fee for violations. Wi-Fi available but may vary. DVD only—no TV channels. Hot water may be limited in winter due to pipe freezing.
