Plaza Villas Getaway Downtown Palm Springs Budget-friendly vacation rental (28-night minimum) Plaza Villas is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, the Spa Casino and the Convention Center. This gated complex has 3 pools, spas and tennis. It is the ideal complex whether here for work, a vacation, or escaping. Worry-free, and most of all, affordable! Located conveniently in Plaza Villas, this one bedroom /one bath 2nd floor condo is tastefully furnished in stylish Contemporary. This condo has a king bed and convertible sofa, with two HD TVs, Stereo, DVD and for ultimate convenience, a washer/dryer and Electric BBQ. Step out onto the sunny balcony with southwest exposure and views of pool and mountains and feel your stress melt away. Stroll the grounds, relax by the pools or if you are feeling lucky just meander across the street to the Casino. The Convention Center is just next door too. This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
