gorgeous home 3 bdrm 3.5 bth all bdrms have own private bath as well as own keyed entrance on 3.0 acres,entirely off grid with battery and back up Generac system all automatic. super private,saltwater pool,25 min from Hilo,35 min from Kilauea, owner on site in detached studio that you'll rarely see except for pool cleaning and yard duties.
owner keeps to himself ,is usually pitching horseshoes, is willing to give tours of island so guests can get the full benefit of their stay for an added fee
extremely private ,double gated property, papaya orchards, horses to view, 2018 lave flow in view,partial ocean view we have plenty of free parking , with the town of pahoa 6 miles away 15 mi. from katakana, 25 from hilo,35 min from kilauea.
