Beautiful lake front setting nestled under beautiful oak trees. The beds are a queen bed with an ensuite bath and two twin beds. House Rules: No animals of any kind, including service animals, are allowed due to severe health issues of the owner. The prop is for the sole use of the guests under reservation. No events/gatherings/parties/other people are allowed. The lake water levels can fluctuate. If the lake recedes, then we have no control over the ground condition to access the lake, etc. Use the lake and any equipment like kayak, bikes, etc. at your own risk. The lake may have snakes, alligators, etc so insure you and your guests proceed with caution and care and use at your own risk. The bikes, etc. are in used condition and we don't guarantee condition. Kitchen counter top is butcher block. Please do not cut on it directly or place hot items, etc. Ring camera installed outside of house. Do not set ac below 73 or heat above 76. The cabin is on a septic system so please do not wash/rinse grease, sand etc. down drain. DO NOT flush anything in the toilet except toilet paper. This includes NOT flushing personal hygiene products -wipes, feminine products, etc. DO NOT smoke/vape/use electronic cigarettes, drugs, etc. inside the home. Seating/ash trays are outside for your use. Streamers, etc. may not be taped or affixed to the walls, furn etc. Confetti is prohibited. The home is not child proof. If you pick up decor, then please put back before check out. Do not rearrange/move any furniture including patios/porches. Grill takes the small propane tanks and is guest is responsible for their own propane tank. Garage/carport is not for guest use for storage, parking, etc. Do not drive or park on anything other than the designated driveway area. If you or your party do drive in the yard, etc. you may be held liable for any damage done to the grass, septic system, tanks, pipes, etc. At check out: please do dishes, take out trash and hang up any wet towels, etc.

Keystone is a quiet community, but only 30 min from Gainesville, and the University of FL, Santa Fe College, and I75. Great mom and pop restaurants, and lots of fresh water lakes to enjoy.
