Property is within WALKING DISTANCE to "KIERLAND COMMONS" & "THE SCOTTSDALE QUARTER" offering a variety of upscale shopping & dining options. Our Villa has a large "open" split-floor plan combining the kitchen, dining, living, and billiards area w/Pool Table & Wet Bar overlooking the Pool.  Scottsdale offers highly recognized annual events including The PHX OPEN, Barrett-Jackson, Major League Baseball's Spring Training and Golf. AMENITIES: ~ Walking distance to Kierland Commons, The Scottsdale Quarter ~ Private POOL ~ FREE WIFI ~ 8' Pool Table w/ Wet-Bar ~ Fully equipped kitchen with "All the Staples" SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT: ~ Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter ~ TPC Scottsdale Golf Course & many more ~ Spring Training Fields The entire home is available and is located on a larger private corner lot.  We are available anytime to answer questions or provide assistance to our Guests.
