Welcome to my romantic, tropical island retreat. The charming vacation condo is located across from a stunning white-sand beach, Kamaole Beach II, a short walk from the condo's front door. Parking is directly in front of the condo. I have owned this condo since 2003 and love the location. I think you will too. My Kihei Kai Nani condo is directly across from the world class swimming and snorkeling beach Kamaole Beach II. The complex is quiet, safe, and centrally located on Maui, making access to excursions easy and hassle-free. Parking is free and the traffic is low on South Kihei Road, so exploring Kihei, Wailea, or Makena is stress-free. My condo was remodeled in 2018. I added new kitchen appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The bathroom has updated fixtures and countertops. The condo is freshly painted. In 2025 I installed a new washer and dryer. The Kihei Kai Nani neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and friendly. Swim and watch the sunset from one of the three local beaches across the street. The Pacific Ocean shoreline is vast and uncrowded, providing an unobstructed view west. Look for turtles near the shoreline and whales in the distance. Spend the day snorkeling to catch views of vibrantly colored fish of numerous types. Several restaurants, two grocery stores, and recreational equipment rental outlets are within walking distance from my condo. Select from various menus such as Thai food, locally caught fresh fish, or traditional hamburgers and French fries just steps from the front door. Fine dining is a short 5 minute drive to the south, where you eat in luxury and watch the sun set. Several world class golf courses are available seven days a week, just minutes from the condo.
