Nestled within the resort acreage of Mauna Lani, Kulalani is located on the leeward side of the Island, protected from winds and weather by the majestic Kohala Mountain range. This air-conditioned Kulalani townhome is well-appointed, from the vaulted ceilings to the multiple covered lanais to the private gardens, an exceptional attention to detail appoints this beautiful unit. Guests also have access to a private beach club for exclusive parking and a breathtaking beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Kulalani 404 can accommodate up to 4 guests. This townhome kitchen has a generous amount of counter space and updated stainless steel appliances. The chef in the group will be able to whip up anything from a tasty treat to a mouthwatering meal. When dinner is ready to be served, call your guests over to the dining table with seating for four for a home cooked meal. Alternatively dine outside on the private lanai - you are in Hawaii after all. The lanai is surrounded by lush tropical greenery. A BBQ is available alongside patio furniture Near the kitchen is the dining area & living room. This space is furnished with plenty of seating for you and your guests to get comfortable in front of the TV. Central air conditioning is also equipped to ensure you stay cool on humid days. A washer and dryer are tucked away inside the home handy for wet bathing suits after a visit to the complex pool or the beach. PEST CONTROL NOTICE: Interior pest control scheduled: March 6, June 5, September 4, December 4 Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).
