Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This charming home is located in desirable Rincon Valley Neighborhood. There are three bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths, an attached garage, sun room. Living room has a chimney. There is a sun room in the backyard. The house also has a laundry room.
My name is Adolph, I have lived in Chico on and off since 2006. My wife and I consider ourselves locals, hence my wife and I have been renting out rooms/our homes since then. "I guess we are entrepreneurs at heart, LOL." We like to travel, drink wine, fine beers, and love diversity of gastronomy. I am a Sonoma kid at heart, but have lived in Santa Rosa, San Diego, Chico, and Reno, Nevada. I am a teacher by trade, but love business.
Nice neighborhood, low to no crime index, people are out walking or walking their dogs, jogging, riding their bikes as couples or as a family. People will say even say hi! Close by: Montecito Shopping Center, Los Molcajetes Bar and Grill, Ozzie's Grill (Burgers) Fiorino's Lounge (Bar), Oliver's Market, Round Table Pizza, Taqueria Santa Rosa #5 (there are a few in town), Tan's Doughnuts . Ten minute drive to Santa Rosa Junior College and Memorial Hospital; three minute walk to Rincon Valley Community Park. Bus stop is two blocks away. Our recommendations: For Valle de Rincón (Rincon Valley) Burgers at Phyllis' Giant Burgers Bar at Fiorino's Lounge (Bar) Museums Charles M. Schulz Museum and Research Center Coffee and pastries at Oliver's Market Donuts at Tan's Doughnuts Molcajetes at Los Molcajetes Bar and Grill Restaurant (Think outside the burrito) Santa Rosa in general recommendations: Italian Food at Trattoria Cattaneo in Bennet Valley Mexican Food at Mitote in Roseland (or just any where in the Roseland Neighborhood) Beer at Russian River Brewery in down town Bar at Gary's at the Belvedere in down town
