On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll love being located within easy walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. The primary suite boasts a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation. THINGS TO KNOW This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
