This three-story condo offers stunning views of the mountains and Lake Chatuge, providing a serene backdrop for your vacation. The condo also offers your own boat slip, walk down to the local marina and rent a pontoon boat and enjoy a day on Lake Chatuge, swimming for fishing. Towns County Park is just a short distance away, perfect for picnics, swimming and offers pickle ball courts. The Hamilton Rhododendron Gardens offer a peaceful escape with stunning floral displays. For those seeking adventure, the nearby Miller Trek Trailhead provides opportunities for hiking and exploring the scenic surroundings.
Every day is a vacation when you start the morning with matchless vistas from the balcony. Ideal for snowbirds seeking a peaceful retreat, the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar for preparing your family's favorite recipes. (The fireplace is not operational.) With a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning, you can be sure your every need will be attended to.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
