Spend gorgeous, blue-sky, Texas Hill Country days swimming, golfing, boating, and fishing at this beautifully updated townhouse in Horseshoe Bay. On the grounds, you'll have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a grilling area for summer barbecues, and day docks to help you get out on the water with ease.
This contemporary townhome sits out on the peninsula in Horseshoe Bay, giving you ready access to the waters of Lake LBJ. Not only is this an ideal setting for boating and fishing for largemouth and Guadalupe bass, you'll be within a couple of miles of some of the best golf courses in Texas.
The townhouse itself is chic and modern, decorated in a cool palette of whites, blacks, and soft grays throughout. At the heart of the home is a sleek and stylish kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, a granite breakfast bar, and artful light fixtures. After a day spent out and about, unwind in central air conditioning, stream a favorite movie in the living room, or step out onto the balcony to savor a glass of wine at golden hour.
Of the bedrooms (both with smart TVs), one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the balcony. There's also a bunk room for additional sleeping space, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
