Surrounded by an encroaching sunami of modern city dwelling; is a hidden gem on 2 1/2 acreas of private Lake front bliss. Covered in majestic oaks your calm awaits. There are kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards all complimentary with this booking. A fire pit and beach chairs with umbrellas for your outdoor enjoyment. Inside, the studio, includes spa like bathroom with a two person whirlpool tub and a two person double shower head shower. Your own fully stocked kitchen with a washer and dryer. An outside covered deck to sit and watch the sunset.
The best part about hosting is you. The opportunity to meet people from all over the world is our true enjoyment. Sharing our slice of Lake Lewisville with you is our pleasure.
Most of our guest like the calm and seclusion. Tucked away in unincorporated Denton county on 2 1/2 acreas covered in mature oak trees. Guest will drive past some trailer houses and junk cars. I share this so ,the guest, might not judge my neighbors. It is extremely quiet out here. However the city is quite nearby. Legacy West for glitz and glam. Grand scape in The Colony for food, dancing, live music. Historical downtown Denton and Texas Womens Univ. is 30 minutes away. Thirty minutes from Frisco and the cowboys practice stadium. Local restaurants our favorites are Villa Grande, Prairie House, Star wood cafe, Tender house Bbq, and Birdies for breakfast.
