Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.  2. Parking for 4 vehicles.  Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters. 4. EV Charger COMING SOON!  5. The bunkroom is no longer available and has been locked off not for guest use.  6. Please note that the garage has low clearance. Tall vehicles will not fit in this space.  7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
