Explore the area’s many parks, including Mount Rainier State Park, or head into historic downtown Olympia and check out the farmers market. Return home to warm up by the fireplace or cook up a tasty meal in the equipped kitchen. Please do not use the neighbors boats. Everything to the right of water access stairs is private property. Welcome to use the 4 kayaks available at the property in colors green, yellow, blue and red. Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
