The home enjoys a private dock from where you can fish; there are kokanee in the lake, so feel free to cast a line. One of the highlights that make this townhouse so unique is the lake views - you will get to admire phenomenal panoramic views of Lake Sutherland - watching the sunset on the lake is always a treat! The main mid-level of this incredible townhouse offers a splendid open floor plan with fantastic lake views. Wind down in the inviting living area, furnished with nothing but comfortable sofas in front of a large TV. The kitchen has been appointed with everything you could possibly need to whip up delicious homemade meals and treats. Attached to the living room is a balcony facing the lake. The first level of this townhouse enjoys a spacious bunkroom with majestic lake views, an enormous TV, a bathroom, a walk-in closet, a laundry room, and a lakefront deck with a gas grill - perfect for summertime cookouts! The upper floor hosts the primary suite with a TV and a lakefront balcony with seating. Additional perks include two kayaks, life jackets, and an on-site washer/dryer.
