Farmhouse sits on an acre and a half lot. It was built in the 1870s and has imperfections we call charm. The house is one mile from the village. It has beach access, which is a short walk from the house. Burke Mountain is 16 miles from Island Pond which has summer mountain biking and winter skiing. The property has lots of room for parking trailers, snowmobiles, ATVs and boat. Boat launch 1 mile from house. It is on the VAST snowmobile trail system and the Island Pond VASA trail system. I am available by phone, text and email. Burke Mountain Resort for skiing and mountain biking, 16 miles from Island Pond. Brighton State Park Beach I mile from Lakeview Farmhouse. The village is one mile from the house and its a 2 minute walk to our private beach. Local bands playing in the village on most summer weekends.
