2 bedroom home recently remodeled throughout. It sits across the street from the very acenic Bill Williams Reserve and South end of Lake Havasu. Huge deck with garden area and lake view. Fire pit area and outside seating. About 5 miles from the Parker Strip with floating bars and restaurants.
I am a retired senior who lovers everything outdoors. I live part-time in Havasu and par-time in beautiful Utah
The small subdivision sits high above Hwy95 half way between Parker and Lake Havasu Arizona. Very active home owners who enjoy fishing, boating, off-roading and any outdoor sports imaginable.
