On the wraparound deck, kick back and enjoy the breeze in a lounger or relax in a rocker as you sip a crisp beverage. Enjoy some much needed R&R in the quiet neighborhood while soaking up the views of the wide open verdant landscape. Ample boat parking underneath the home completes this rental. LIVING AREA Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. Unwind on the extra large sectional that offers an abundance of plush seating and stream a movie on the 70-inch smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will enjoy preparing and entertaining in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, the dining table offers seating for six with additional seating for five at the bar. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Spend leisurely mornings and evenings on the breezy wraparound deck equipped with two loungers, two rocking chairs and an outdoor table that seats six. The downstairs outdoor area features a shaded alfresco lounge outfitted with a sofa and chair, as well as outdoor dining for eight. While preparing the day’s catch on the outdoor gas grill, friends and family can strike up a friendly game of cornhole.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
