As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will find a light-filled family room with a large smart TV with cable and streaming services and a kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker), access to the backyard, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The upper floor houses the main living space with a beautifully decorated open floor plan. Spread out comfortably in the coastal-themed living room and lounge after a refreshing time in the pool. Stream an entertaining movie or show on the smart TV, play board games, or read a favorite book. When mealtime comes, whip up a memorable homemade meal in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Discover a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
