Welcome to my comfortable and well designed 1BR in the middle of the most central part of Downtown Manhattan. You'll have all the benefits of NYC apartment living without sacrificing location. Plus, you're just 3 easy minutes from multiple subway lines. Looking to work from home? My apartments internet is faster than a 12 year old hopped up on Mountain Dew. And it has a dedicated work station so you won't have to work from the couch (unless you want to).

Neighbourhood information

Chinatown is home to some of the best food and shopping in NYC! We are on the border of Little Italy, Lower East Side, SOHO and Tribeca. All these neighborhoods are 5-15 minutes away on foot! The apartment is only 2 blocks from multiple subway lines (6,J,Z,N,Q,R,W,B,D) There is a Citi-Bike Bike rental station 1 block away. The best attractions in downtown Manhattan are less than a 15 minute walk away.
