Stylish 1st floor condo in Holgate, which is 1 block to the ocean and the bay. 3 bedrooms and 1 newly renovated full bath, sleeps 7 comfortably. The open floor plan features hardwood floors throughout with a relaxed living area and an updated kitchen- dining area, with stainless appliances and granite counters. Enjoy your morning coffee with bay views from the covered front porch. Access the treed back yard patio from the kitchen slider, with seating for 10 to grill and dine. A lovely quiet street, great for sunset strolls and bicycle rides. Free access to the bay beach, tennis, and basketball courts are 1/2 block away. 4 beach badges included. Pillows and blankets are provided. Tenants are asked to bring sheets.
