Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable Fifty Dollars pet cleaning fee per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Food Delivery: For food deliveries, DoorDash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite Squad, and Uber Eats will deliver to the property. Sleeping Capacity: The normal sleeping capacity is 2 guests, but we allow up to a maximum of 4 guests per reservation. An Additional Guest Fee of Fifteen Dollars per person per night applies for the 3rd and 4th guest. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of Twenty Five Dollars per person, per night.
