“Had a very homey feeling. They had everything you needed already there coffee, bedding right down to having fans which was a big plus for me the fireplace would be nice in colder weather.The hot tub was amazing after riding trails all day.”

The two bedroom Airbnb overlooks the 11th tee box of Scotsdale Golf course, and directly across from the Little Sugar Trails Trailhead - Scotsdale Drive (bike and hike). Access all the Little Sugar trails from your front door - trail connects to Back 40. Walk 10 minutes to play golf, or drive 5 minutes to lake. Private entrance and space. There are 26 paved steps that lead down to the Airbnb. LI Airbnb is located in NWA - Bella Vista. Bella Vista possess 7 lakes, 7 golf courses, and 100+ miles of single track mountain biking and hiking trails. Hot tub, sauna, cold plunge pool, and Level 2 EV charging.
My girlfriend Natali and I work and live in Bella Vista, AR.  I have fun working hard at Amazon Web Services, and playing hard. I am the proud dad of my boys Slade and Logan.  I am an avid mountain biker, hiker, runner, paddle boarder, snowboarder, and scuba diver - any experience that gets adrenaline flowing, Cold immersion, reading, meditation, and international travel are primary methods of relaxation, focus, and equanimity. Bella Vista is a part of the Ozarks Mountain range. Bella Vista has seven lakes, and seven golf courses. The top attractions include: 1. Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 2. Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 3. Back 40 hiking and mountain biking. 4. Little Sugar mountain biking and hiking. Bentonville, home of Walmart, is 20 minutes away. The top attractions in Bentonville include: 1. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, 2. Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, 3. The Walmart Museum, 4. Top Golf, 5. Frank Lloyd Wright's Bachman-Wilson House, 6. Slaughter Pen Hollow Multi-Use Trail System, 7. The Walmart AMP music pavilion. Fayetteville is 45 minutes away, and his home to the University of Arkansas.
