Nestled in the upscale Hawthorne Trace subdivision, this secluded, multi-level home offers the perfect retreat to experience lakefront living at its finest! Enjoy a peaceful location within six miles of Gravois Mills in the Lake of the Ozarks region, which offers a variety of activities for visitors, including boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking on nearby trails such as the Lake of the Ozarks State Park Trails or the Ha Ha Tonka State Park Trails. Other must-visit attractions include Jacob's Cave, Lake Escape, Paradise Parasail, Bridal Cave, Rock Golf Club, Shawnee Bluff Winery, and Seven Springs Winery.

The ground-floor level boasts a private bedroom with unparalleled lake views and a workout station with a treadmill, an elliptical machine, and a NordicTrack bike. The second floor features a welcoming family room with a wet bar, a smart TV, and a working desk with a monitor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
