With 4 bedrooms 2 baths ocean and marsh views, with an outside shower, wonderful backyard, a grill for all the family cook outs at the beach, covered balcony with ample furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets at Oak Island, enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner with your own personal view. Plenty of parking for your family and the boat no need to worry. Lily Pad sits on the corner lot with direct beach access across the street. The location is just as quiet as the name implies, but close enough to hear the birds on the marsh and the views of the ocean.
