Property information

Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close by are many restaurants within a five minute drive on the main road FM 544. Walmart, Target, Ross, and Kohls along with various shops along the same FM 544 road within 5-7 minutes. Cheap gas in the area 3 minutes away at Murphy USA. The next closest shopping center, Firewheel Mall is 10 minutes away. Downtown plano will be 12 minutes away, Korea town in Carrolton is 22 minutes away, and shopping centers in Dallas as well.

Neighbourhood information

It is a quiet and safe middle class neighborhood in the suburbs. You can park on the driveway but DO NOT BLOCK the sidewalk at the BOTTOM of the DRIVEWAY. You can also park on the street but remember to park on the right side of the road.
