Features a big living room area with separate dining room space to go with comfortable 3 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom. High 11 foot ceilings and Artful interior throughout adding to the elegance of this home. Central Heat & AC, In-unit laundry, Hardwood floors and all the basics needed for a comfortable stay and stores within walking distance to get all the essentials.
Unbeatable central location in upscale Lincoln Park neighborhood with the best of Chicago from Downtown to Wrigley Field within easy reach. Neighborhood features include spectacular restaurants, bars, theaters, world-class architecture and the 1200 acres of Lincoln Park with it's world class Zoo. Wrigley Field, Navy Pier, Art Institute, River North and Downtown attractions are only a 5-10 minute car ride or a quick train away. Neighborhood gets a 96/100 for Walk Score, 79/100 Transit Score and Bike score of 84/100 on Zillow's Neighborhood stats.
