Surrounded on either side by the lake and Linville Land Harbor golf course, this forested, two-story retreat offers a superb home base for outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll love being within close proximity to golfing, skiing, and fishing, as well as an onsite pool and tennis courts.
Sip morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the forested property. Furnished with a bench swing, set of chairs, and a gas grill, this private outdoor space invites cookouts at home. A quaint front porch offers another space for your crew to spread out.
The open interior features a well-equipped kitchen with a large center island, a six-seat dining table, and a living area detailed with a TV. Enjoy two bedrooms on the main level as well as a lower-level suite. Pack lightly, this vacation rental includes a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
