Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located sunlit 4-bedroom 3.5 bath house with a backyard patio. Universal Studios - 7 mins. Hollywood -15 mins, Rose Bowl or Beach - 25 mins. Lovely open-plan living/dining room with high ceilings, skylights, 65-inch Smart TV & cable. Primary Master Bedroom with bathtub and separate shower, 43-inch Smart TV, dedicated worktable, and walk-in closet. Another bedroom has its own bathroom, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and full mirror. Two bedrooms have closets, full mirrors, and ceiling fans. The charming patio has an outdoor dining table, a canopy with comfy chairs, 2 sun loungers, and an electric grill. Free onsite, open-air parking and street parking are available. Fun fact: the pink exterior color is by a previous celebrity resident who was inspired by The Beverly Hills Hotel. There is a separate guesthouse (for 1 person or a couple) on the premises that may share the patio or parking.
