This corner unit is located in the Luau at Sandestin® with abundant amenities that include a heated 4,000 square-foot saltwater lagoon pool (heated seasonally), hot tubs, kiddie pool, fitness center, rooftop sunset deck, grill pavilion, and a seasonal poolside tiki bar serving snacks and frozen beverages. The Polynesian-inspired resort grounds boast an unparalleled location with direct beach access, expansive Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay views. Kick back on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and enjoy a movie on the 38” TV with DVD player. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of upgraded all-black appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two. Gather for festive vacation meals at the dining table.
Retreat to the private wraparound balcony complete with a table and chairs. Grab a cold beverage and relax while you watch the sunset over the Gulf. Luau amenities include a huge heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, rooftop sunset deck, grill pavilion, and a seasonal poolside tiki bar. Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered parking garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.
Enjoy seafood-centric comfort fare along with a beach-front view, or sip a drink at the poolside bar The Beach House located just across the street. Spend a day exploring the nearby Village of Baytowne Wharf with its boutiques, eateries, galleries, live music, nightlife, outdoor festivals, and annual events. Kids will appreciate the arcade, carousel, playground, and zipline adventure.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
