It is a **rugged mountain road**, and **confident, skilled driving is essential** to navigate it safely. We strongly recommend a vehicle with **good ground clearance**, and **driving a 4x4 is highly recommended**. Most vehicles with these features are able to handle the terrain. Once you reach the top, you’ll be greeted by **breathtaking views and the serene beauty of the mountain**—a truly unforgettable destination. The whole home, yard, firepit, and deck are available for your use. Please be mindful of the wildlife in this area while driving up to this beautiful home. **Lula Lake Land Trust (LLLT)** Dedicated to the preservation of lands located within the Rock Creek watershed on Lookout Mountain, the mission of LLLT is to conserve the natural and historic landscapes surrounding Rock Creek and its tributaries through conservation, education, and low-impact recreation. Since 1994, LLLT has helped conserve 12,000 acres while owning over 3,500 acres across Lookout Mountain, GA. The Core Preserve, established in 1994, contains 850 acres of conserved land.
