Only 1block from Lincoln road, 4 Blocks from the Ocean and 4 Blocks from Sunset Harbour, this brand new condo is the place for your next vacation. Unit is fully equipped, washer & dryer in the unit & an amazing balcony overlooking the park, makes the unit the best place to be for a longer stay or for a weekend vacation. 20 minutes from MIA airport and 45 minutes from FLL airport. As of September 2021, elevator is under repairs.
