- This is a very spacious home at approximately a little over 2000 square feet. - Has an independent unit on the lower level (basement) - Bedroom, Kitchen & full bathroom. - Sleeps 12 guests. - Ideal/perfect for large families, two separate families, or large group of travelers. - Equipped with high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). - Equipped with two flat TVs (55-inch in the main living room & 50-inch in the lower unit living room. - streaming networks (HULU, YOUTUBE TV, NETFLIX and much more) are available to access for guests that have their own account. - Coffeemaker for your coffee lovers!!! - All hardwood flooring on the first and second levels. Porcelain tile flooring in all bathrooms and the lower-level unit (basement) floor. - Double deck with patio metal table and chairs for lounging, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoor fresh air. - We guarantee that you will love our home as much as we do
