Our property has a total of 2,248 sq feet which sits on 1.1 acre lot and is in a quiet neighborhood set amongst the backdrop of desert and mountain views. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 4 TVs throughout the house. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay is 12 people. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on property. Our backyard is expansive and we have patio furniture, gas BBQ grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and corn holes for your enjoyment. Our backyard is privately fenced and offers a spacious area for dogs to freely explore, run around and just relax under the covered patio. There is a doggie door for small dogs.

I love to travel with family and experience new cultures, food and great adventures! Our most memorable vacation thus far is trekking across the US for 3 weeks visiting the major National Parks and Museums in DC, Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, Niagara Falls, etc. When I travel, I love staying at places where our family can spread out and enjoy the amenities! The house is set in a quiet and very relaxing atmosphere with incredible 360 degree mountain views and the most beautiful and colorful sunsets! There are horse sign crossings as you get closer to the property because there are plenty of open land where wild horses roam freely. The property is close to casinos, restaurants and shopping. But for outdoor enthusiasts, we are literally within minutes from the new Fernley Speedway that is being planned for renovation in 2024 for car, motorcycle, go-kart racing, etc. Check out their website online by googling Fernley 95a Speedway. Also, we're within close proximity to open land areas where you can trek in your 4-wheel trucks, ATVs/UTVs/Side-by-Sides, motorcycles, dirt bikes, etc., and find areas to go off-roading/four-wheeling, target practice, and just explore. Pyramid Lake is nearby where you can go fishing, camping, boating, etc. In the winter months, skiers and snowboarders can travel within 45 to 1 hr from the property to nearby Lake Tahoe or Donner Lake where there are many ski resorts. Also, we're the last town with reliable gas and supplies before heading to the Burning Man Festival. We're 30 mins East to Reno, Sparks, Carson.
