The unit is on the 1st floor. Guests must complete verification before check-in by providing a government-issued photo ID and a selfie. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. A 37.45 damage protection fee is required.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors, and on balconies. A 500 fine applies for violations. Tampering with smoke detectors results in a 500 fee. Pets are not allowed, with a 500 fine for violations and possible cancellation without a refund. Undisclosed pets incur a 200 fine per pet.
Parking is limited to two vehicles per unit. Vehicles must have valid registration and cannot park backed-in. Handicap placards must be displayed. Parking in fire lanes or reserved spaces may result in towing. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 7 AM, and guests must keep noise minimal.
Service animals are welcome but must not disturb other tenants. Guests are responsible for cleaning or damages, and service animals cannot be left unattended. To avoid plumbing issues, do not flush wipes, hygiene products, or excess toilet paper.
The property is not responsible for lost items. A retrieval fee applies, and unclaimed items are held for 72 hours before disposal. Guests must not use the address for parcel delivery, as we do not accept or forward packages.
Only the main pool is accessible. No glass, alcohol, smoking, loud noise, or unauthorized guests. The pool may close for maintenance without notice. Parties are strictly prohibited. Noise detectors and cameras are in place, and violations result in eviction without a refund.
Fines apply: Unauthorized guests incur a 100 fine per person, parties result in a 500 fine, lost access cards cost 250, and unauthorized late checkouts are 50 per hour. Contacting the front desk is not permitted and results in a 200 penalty per visit.
