Beautiful and modern, 1 bedroom, full and equipped kitchen, Large pool, VIP lounge, Gym, Spa social areas, and a spectacular looby, In front we have a large park of 3 hectares, which you can enjoy with your pets or children. In the area you will find supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bars. Parking is free, in the same building, for one vehicle, if you have a second vehicle you can use the valet parking 40 dollars a night or public parking for 20 dollars a night. It has a large backyard overlooking the pool, it is a common area with neighboring apartments.

At Down Town Doral you will find everything for your vacation or business stay! supermarket a few meters from the building, in front of the three-acre park to exercise, walk or just enjoy nature, half a block away is the Down Town boulevard with restaurants, bars, boutiques, hairdresser, Spa, gym, laundry and others shops, also a few minutes (about 10 min by car) the Dolphin Mall, and Miami International airport only about 20 minutes !! You can walk and find everything you need around or take an Uber and go wherever you want! Parking is free, inside the building.
