Situated in a private gated community this home has it’s own POOL and is located ONLY 20 STEPS AWAY FROM THE OCEAN with direct beach access. Fast wifi, outside deck and fabulous restaurants, water activities, and excursions are right at your fingertips!

Neighbourhood information

We are located on Gulf Boulevard which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. See our House manual for things to do and favorite restaurants. There is nearby tennis courts and basketball courts in walking distance. We are a located 10 minutes down the road from Clearwater and Belleair beach is right out the door. We are within driving distance of two major airports (Tampa International/Clearwater Airport). About 20 mins away. There is also free public beach parking on the same block nearby. Bus/ trolley on Gulf Blvd that takes you to one of the most famous beaches in the US Clearwater Beach. And the home of Winter from the film A Dolphin’s Tale.
