    The location, more bang for your buck, literally a whole fancy apartment for less. We saved half the money booking here then a fancy hotel and it was more specious and better.

    Location was great. Super clean. Spacious! The kitchen included salt, pepper, and some cooking supplies, as well as dishes, cups, cooking pans, etc., The bath included shampoo and soap, and there is laundry detergent. Very much appreciated...

We are Wasatch Vacation Homes. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guests comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay is not exactly as you want it, we are available 24 hours a day and we live nearby. We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating twin bed kit, and a baby stroller on request.

If you're looking for the perfect getaway with a great balance between showcase luxury and urban convenience, this condo is for you!  It's located right in the heart of the city on 4th South, which is the main trolley line for the city and has countless restaurants, shops, and attractions within an easy walking distance.  The neighborhood is located on the east side, which is considerably nicer and more walkable than other parts of the city. Salt Lake's famous Library Square is located just 3 blocks west of here, and with a trolley stop just a block away, the entire city is easily within reach in a matter of minutes. The home is stocked with high-end furniture and furnishings. The bed is a king-size bed with a super-comfortable memory gel mattress for a perfect night's sleep. We also provide several styles of luxury pillows for you to choose from (gel, foam, feather, etc.) There is a large TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom, and both have multiple streaming services installed and ready for you to log into. The sofa in the living room folds out into a queen bed and has an upgraded mattress so you won't feel like you're sleeping on a sofa-bed.

Neighbourhood information

There is an inexpensive trolley line right out in front of the building that will take you almost anywhere in the valley. This home is very close to several of the bus stops as well. You can look up either of their schedules online (Airbnb prevents us from putting internet links in this section so we can't provide them). Look up "Trax" for the train schedule.
