Forget your worries in this Historic 2 Bedroom/1 bath home in North Hills Dogwood Parade District. Located 3 miles from UT and the Knoxville Arts district. Less then 10 minutes to Tennessee Campus, Mkt Square and Downtown. Home is remodeled and very clean and Peaceful. Beautiful glass arboretum to enjoy coffee or wine. New large capacity washer and dryer in unit. Dog (under 20 Pounds) Friendly with a great yard. Large paved Private driveway . large enough for 4 cars. 3 Smart TVs in the house and full kitchen!

Hi end street in North Hills, Lots of people walk there dogs and run each day in this neighborhood. Very safe environment
