This entire private home, is for your use. Including the pool, outdoor bar, BBQ, porches, decks, 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, garage (with EV charger), kitchen that is fully stocked, 2 living rooms, entertainment room on 3rd floor. We use the 'breeze check-in' process to deliver your check-in forms, keyless code, and Wi-Fi info to get you into island mode immediately. You can park 3+ cars in the 2 door garage and 3+ more in the driveway at the home. You can rent bicycles, or a golf cart to get around, have beach gear delivered to your local beach each day and maybe play a round of golf or tennis while you are here. The Isle Of Palms and this location make it a perfect place to stroll the streets and walk almost anywhere to local restaurants, Sullivan's Island and Wild Dunes. 25 mins from the City of Charleston, 30 mins to the airport (CHS), a block from the best Isle of Palms beaches (between 5th & 6th Ave), and minutes to shopping in Mt. Pleasant, restaurants and bars. This is the ideal location to do it all!!!
