Our home has been freshly painted and features premium carpeting throughout. It is offered fully furnished, with upgraded appliances, blazing fast internet access, and with an expertly and tastefully finished basement, featuring a wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, and full bath. Also includes a large utility / mud room with full sized washer and dryer. The townhouse backs to a private wooded area and also boasts of a professionally designed gated patio and upper floor deck with breathtaking views of northern Virginia beauty. Two private parking spaces plus an abundance of guest and street parking.
