This luxury villa in Hurricane is 5 miles from Sand Hollow State Park and only 30 miles to Zion National Park! Sleeps 28 with 17 beds. Includes secluded courtyard w/ heated pool and hot tub (pool rules apply), two upper-level balconies, BBQ grill and outdoor dining area in courtyard. Rooms feature stunning photos of Southern Utah. Each of the 5 KING SUITES has a DreamCloud king mattress and private bathroom (you don’t have to share your bathroom with someone else!). The oversize bunk room has 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds(XL), double vanity, and TWO private toilet/shower areas. Enough beds to sleep 28 comfortably. Rather than the traditional layout of 1 or 2 master suites with queens or twins in the other bedrooms, our home was custom designed to make each bedroom a king suite with its own private bathroom. A large gathering area is available in the kitchen and family room with 85" TV. This large inside gathering area transitions nicely into the secluded and private outdoor courtyard/pool by way of a 3-panel sliding glass door. One king suite is on the ground floor. Upstairs are 4 king suites, large bunk room, and another large family room with 85” 4K TV. Two of the upstairs king suites share a balcony. A second balcony off the upstairs family room overlooks the courtyard/pool. USB-C and USB-A ports on each nightstand for charging phones. If you are interested in whole house audio that allows for music to play in the courtyard, downstairs family room and upstairs family room, let us know and we will send instructions on how to use the system. We love this feature—especially in the pool area! Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 28 people, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker/insta pot, electric griddle, large covered electric griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, and BBQ utensils. We love Southern Utah! As long-time tennis partners, we decided to team up to build this dream home near Zion. We use this home as a gathering place for our large families. Amy’s husband is a photographer and the great-great grandson of the man that first settled Zion canyon in the 1800’s. Because of his family ties to the area, he loves photographing the many amazing sites in Southern Utah, with many of these photos appear throughout the home to give you inspiration on where to plan your next adventure.

Our home is located 30 miles away from the entrance to Zion National Park and 5 miles away from Sand Hollow State Park. Zion boasts unbelievable view and hikes! Sand Hollow offers a beautiful reservoir with red sand dunes descending from “Sand Mountain” into the southern shore of the lake. UTV (RZR) rentals to explore the sand dunes (see photo section) are available across the street from the property. Boat rentals and sea-doo rentals are available inside Sand Hollow. You could also skip the rentals and just enjoy the afternoon soaking up the sun on the unique red sand shoreline of the lake. You should definitely try jumping off a 10-20 foot sandstone cliff into Sand Hollow Reservoir (see photo section). The resort clubhouse located across the back alley has a beach entry pool, lap pool, splash pad (seasonal), lounge chairs, shaded areas with tables, and exercise room with some weights (operating hours are determined by the HOA). Just east of the front entrance to the house is a large grass park with mature trees and two pickle ball courts. Inside the 2-car garage are pickle ball paddles/balls, a ping pong table, and an electric car/Tesla charger.
