By staying in this expansive 4BR 3Bath sanctuary surrounded by a gorgeous and calm neighborhood, you would experience the charm and tranquility of Katy. While being less than 45 minutes from all of Houston's attractions, landmarks, and points of interest, you can escape the noisy large city and take in the lovely scenery from your private backyard. ✔ 4 Comfortable Bedrooms

The neighborhood is very quiet, and friendly. I would please ask to not make too much of a disturbance towards the surrouding neighbors, as they do not towards the guest. Thank you.
