A bright, classic style federal row home estate with all the modern comforts of the 21st century. Walking distance to all of Savannah's main attractions and River Street, but tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep on memory foam mattresses. Dedicated parking in the home's garage and ample free street parking on the block make coming and going a breeze when you want to spend a day in neighboring towns, but you won't even need your car to see all Savannah has to offer.
