Sanibel Vacations is a boutique vacation rental management company offering the ultimate vacation experience in the desirable destinations of Sanibel & Captiva Islands and the surrounding Southwest Florida areas. Our goal is to provide our guests incredible rental accommodations and unmatched service to allow for the most unforgettable vacation possible!
All Sanibel Vacations guests will receive 24/7 support from our on-island staff members who will communicate and guide you through the entirety of your stay. We also offer our "SBL Stress-Free Damage Benefit” which covers the registered guests against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents for an amount not to exceed fifteen hundred dollars when reported immediately. This eliminates the necessity for traditional security deposits or damage insurance, and provides stress-free protection for guests and owner in the event of an accident.
Please note: Pets are allowed in our pet approved properties only and must be approved by Sanibel Vacations. (Dogs only) An additional four hundred dollar fee per dog will apply.

Welcome to Mariner Pointe 323! Perfectly situated with views of the bay and canal, this 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome style condo is a must see! Meticulously cared for two-story condo with bedrooms located on the second floor both with private baths and sliders leading to a spacious screened porch. First floor offers an open concept kitchen that flows into the living room/dining room area that leads to a second screened porch - a perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco. Full-size washer/dryer and a half bath on the first floor for your convenience. This condo has recently been freshly painted and furnished with all new modern coastal furniture! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to it's guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel causeway and is close to nearby beaches, bike paths, shops & restaurants. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, two all-weather tennis courts, a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, shuffleboard, reserved parking, deeded beach access and an easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms (sleeps 4), 2 Smart TVs, free WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.
