A beautiful, spacious, well equipped house located in the historic heart of Cape May. Marlin House has 4,200 sq ft of living space incorporating many unique features as well the modern amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation. The house is located next door to the Emlen Physick Estate on historic Washington Street, convenient for all the main attractions in Cape May. The kitchen flows into the family room where you can relax and play one of our many board games or adjourn to the sun room and have a drink or read a book whilst enjoying the views of the landscaped rear garden.
