The Space: Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed dressed in luxurious 1400-thread-count linens for a restful night’s sleep, and features its spacious closet for ample storage. One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for productivity or catching up on emails. In the living room, you'll find a versatile futon that converts into a flatbed for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped for preparing everything from snacks to full meals, and gather around the dining area with seating for six. Step outside to our inviting deck, where you can relax and take in the serene views of our lush, green backyard enclosed by a private fence. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, our home provides comfort and convenience in a beautiful, tranquil setting. PLEASE READ before you book: Absolutely no parties or get-togethers allowed. This is not an event venue. You will be charged a fee of fifty dollars per additional guest per night over the registered guests. No barbecues or grilling on the property. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards smoking. Smoking of any substance is not allowed inside the house. Guests will be held responsible for all damage caused by the smoking, including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guests acknowledge that to remove the odor caused by smoking, the Host may need to replace blinds and paint the interior walls regardless of when these items were last cleaned, replaced, or repainted.
